If your item fails to meet your expectations, you may return the item for a full refund (excluding p&p).

- Items MUST be received by us within 14 days of the date the parcel was received by you.

- Items MUST be unworn, unwashed with ALL tags 🏷️ attached.

- Shoes MUST be tried on indoors and returned complete with original packaging.

Items displaying signs of wear eg. makeup 💄 , fake tan, perfume, cigarette 🚬 smell & pet hair will NOT be refunded.

- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings.

- We cannot offer exchanges.

- Please ensure to complete the returns form including your order number, name & address on the original order and reason for return. (All this information will greatly help process your refund quicker.)
