We sincerely hope you love your purchase as much as we do, however we understand that sometimes items may have to be returned. If your item fails to meet your expectations, you may return the item for a full refund (excluding p&p).

Please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and hassle free returns process.

- Items MUST be received within 14 days of the date the parcel was received.

- Items MUST be unworn, unwashed with ALL tags attached.

- Shoes MUST be tried on indoors and returned complete with original packaging.Items displaying signs of wear eg. makeup, fake tan, perfume, cigarette smell & pet hair will NOT be refunded.

- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings.

- We cannot offer exchanges.

- Please ensure to complete the returns form including your order number, name & address on the original order and reason for return. (All this information will greatly help process your refund quicker.)

- Please use a tracked service to ensure a safe return of your parcel & remember to keep your proof of postage.
