Here at Be You Lifestyle Boutique, we curate each style box with care to bring you a unique and exciting experience every month..

Due to the unique nature of the style box , we do not accept returns.

However, we are extremely committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your subscription.

1. NO RETURNS POLICY

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for any of our subscription boxes.

All sales are final.

This policy helps us maintain the high quality and curated nature of our boxes.

2. Damaged Or Defected Items

If for some reason any of your box contents are faulty then please do not hesitate to email us at info@beyoulifestyleboutique.co.uk

We will need photos of the damaged or detective item(s).

We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent out to you at no additional cost or issue a partial refund depending on the situation.

3.Refunds & Cancellations

Since we do not allow returns, we do NOT offer refunds for subscription boxes once they have been shipped. However:

- If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so before your next billing cycle which will be the 1st of the next month to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.
